TitanZetta 0 Posted May 25, 2014 This is a few screenshots from my game I'm working on that I'm trying to get completed in little over a month (now until the end of June). Any feedback, positive or negative on how to improve things are greatly appreciated. The game is short, the world only has about 4 towns so the big vast parts of space are bugging me. Considering it's a short game that you're making, it doesn't need to be a sprawling, expansive world. If you really want less empty space, dot some more islands. TitanZetta 0 Posted June 1, 2014 So I fixed it! I made the world map smaller and in turn the islands a bit smaller. I like how it looks better now! It isn't a big game, it doesn't have any innovative or clever mechanics but it'll be my first COMPLETED game and I think that's what excites me the most. Any feedback again (negative or positive) is appreciated and I'm going to go and get to work on the towns! Island One Island Two! Island Three! And the final island! King_Caramel 1 Posted June 7, 2014 Gonna stab a guess here... Do you need an airship to get the volcanic island? I like them, especially the volcanic. Only issue I find (just opinion) is the emptiness of the ice island, unless of course you're going for major tundra, in which case s'all gravy. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
placidandy 9 Posted July 25, 2014 On the volcano island, there is sort of the impression that there is a lot of magma everywhere with no clear source for it, maybe try putting in a centralised volcano with the magma clustered round it and emanating away from it?
