I'm obviously guessing, but it sounds like he's using either Sibelius or Finale or something along thoose lines, as it's quite a dry tracks. (I'm completely guessing). Back to the pieces, The composition itself is excellent, a little bit of tweaking inside a DAW to give a little bit more reverb on the Guitar would be good.
