... I still wonder how ponies would look in your style, perhaps that would be a great time to change my avatar as well? =3 XD

They look like they belong inside a coloring book  :)  Must...  color.. .with...  crayon...  Very nice work!

New drawing, for a friend~ I drew the outlines with permanent marker, then colored + shaded with my laptop's touchpad. It was painful xD

Why is the skull guy trying to make me do bad things? I'll have you know I don't need any extra motivation to misbehave.  :P

Like the other drawings liek that you've done, it looks like it's right out of a coloring book.

I like the pixel art on the far right the best. I don't the dark solid outlines. The third one from the left is a bit too pixelated. Lighter outlines like the others would make it look a lot cleaner. One thing I like to do with mine sometimes is make the outlines semi-transparent. It gives a bit of a feathered look that gives the image a little depth. I think that method would work really well for the larger image on the left. With that one, her legs look bent at an awkward angle at the knee.

Nice work overall.

All of those sprites of the same character are emulating different styles from certain games, so some of the weirdness just comes with those styles. Thanks though! It was really fun to experiment with creating the same character in different ways. :)

Here's a Christmas version of the first one (tweaked the leg a bit, still needs work xD): c:

I'm recreating the MV generator in pixels. It's fun, but I also hate it xD

MV looks so much better than Ace. The larger sprite size makes it a lot easier to add detail. I'll definitely have to do my next project in MV. It'd take far too long to try and convert everything I have now.

Kind of like Ace's sprites, the eyes look a bit dead, but that's easily fixable. I really love having a larger base to work from.  :)

I got my drawing tablet back tonight :D

Good to know your art is going strong! ^~^ I love to drop by and see the improvement. it's like 1am here, though, so I'll probably forget everything by morning. haha

Pretty! I agree the eyes would benefit from being more sparkly. Right now I think she's trying to steal my soul. Jokes on her though. I sold my soul ten years ago for a donut. Best. Donut. Ever. Totally worth it. Umm.... what was I talking about?

Oh yeah, your awesome artwork. Great work as usual. I really like the thick outlines. Whenever I see them, they remind me of Powerpuff Girls. Personally, I'd like to see a bit more contrast to make her armor and hair highlights look super shiny. She has a very matte look to her. Not that it's bad. Just my personal preference.

Keep up the good work!  :thumbup3:

@Knighterius: Thanks!  :)

@lonequeso: Thankfully, for the sprites, a few white pixels fix it up quite nicely! I'm not sure why, but I've always liked the matte look, lol. I'll have to try for something shinier soon!

Here's some artwork I've made in the last few days:

The new pixel art looks great! I am VERY interested in your new animating. Do you have a blog or video that shows how you did it?

Thanks!

I don't have a blog/video for that, but I can add that to the list of tutorials I'm planning.  :)
