I was wandering if we are allowed to change any of the sets for custom use?, the translators I used for the site (google, yahoo, wordlingo etc.) are being weird for me and I can't understand what is written.

As best as I can make out the terms for these sites are as follows:

 

No reposting ( hence the links =] )

 

Only use the works if you are a proper user of their source ( ie if you have Ace use Ace resources, if only VX, use VX resources)

 

If you make changes to the material, you may repost this as long as it is a significant edit.

But material modification is allowed. ( IOW go ahead and edit =] )

Just to check as I'm new to modifying others works, what constitutes a significant edit generally? What I want to do is offer different skin tone variations for the RTP Faces/Characters. So people have access to diversity at least ><;
