Lord Vectra 414 Posted January 30, 2015 How do you make enemies? Not an animated enemy but just a normal enemy. What do you use to make 3d pictures?

CrowTheAlmighty 27 Posted January 30, 2015 luminousArc_knight.png Like this. Technically, thats not a 3D picture
Necromedes 103 Posted January 30, 2015 3D would be Blender, Maya, etc... That is a 2D image mimicking the appearance of 3D.Anyway, if you're wanting to find out what art programs people use, I personally use Paint.Net but that's just me.

Omni Link 18 Posted January 30, 2015 There are many places you can go to look for battlers, however if you want to make one from scratch, thats where things like photoshop/gimp/sai come in. if you have any artistic talent and a tablet you could do it yourself if not make requests
Primeless 5 Posted February 2, 2015 (edited) I want to know how to make a picture like that. But that's not easy, at least if you didn't draw before. You need patient, and some trys. first of all, you need a sketch. Or several. Try diferent posses in this sketch. Usually sketches are done using common figures (as a circle for the head, a cube for the torso etc). But there are other techniques. Once you have several posses (one attaking, one standing, one jumping, etc) you may choose wich one fits with the battler character (you dont want to give a super agile pose to a heavy armored robot). Once you've done that, you need to do the "line work", or the "line art" or whatever you wanna call it. In this phase, your line needs to be clean as hell. And straigth. Ad as meny details as needed, depending on the battler. After that (previous phases can be done in several hours), you need to think about colours. A little of colour theory may help you. Add shadows and lights, considering a ideological source of light. add some late details, and voila, you've done. If you want some examples, you can llok for them at www.deviantart.com Also there, you can find other techniques. Depending on your project, you will want to focus in some technique or other, on some style or other... you know. Here you have some tutorials. Off course, non of them are mine. http://hoshi-suzume.deviantart.com/art/Pixel-Tutorial-86828715?q=favby%3APrimeless%2F3010142&qo=9 ( by Hoshi-Suzume) http://magenta-fantasies.deviantart.com/art/The-Ultimate-Pallette-now-with-web-colors-192576600?q=favby%3APrimeless%2F3010142&qo=17 ( by Magenta-Fantasies) http://chasingartwork.deviantart.com/art/Shattered-Vector-Painting-191595182?q=favby%3APrimeless%2F3010142&qo=15 ( by ChasingArtwork) http://thechamba.deviantart.com/art/Basic-Colour-Tute-Attempt-15088581?q=favby%3APrimeless%2F3010142&qo=76 ( by theCHAMBA) Edited February 2, 2015 by Primeless
