Advertising would entail that they were expecting to make a profit but from the looks of the site (from what I can tell so far anyway) its all royalty free audio files, so it should be fine. Upon quick look all sounds I found do cost money to purchase so, unfortunately this is a first post with sole purpose of advertising the site.
