Screenshots for my New Game Project "Freddy Fazbear's Pizza Origins"

Recommended Posts

I'm working on a game project based on the mini games in Five Nights At Freddy's 2 and 3. I'm in the early stages of the game project and I want feedback on how the game looks so far.

Looks like the mini-games, I like it so far. The mini-games are always so simple, yet they have a lot of story behind them.

Someone gave me the Five Nights At Freddy's 1-3 texture files, so I used those for my game.

Thanks and yeah I wanted to make a game that looks just like the mini-games.

Now done in near Atari retroy style! It's quite intriguing.

Thanks! XD

I'm... hesitant. This graphical style is effective in small doses, but I'm not sure I could play an entire game like this. I'd have to see it in motion to decide.

Mind if I go cranky old gamer who is probably completely missing the point for a second?

What you've got going on there with those dark stripes is just plain... ick. I assure you as someone who still owns and regularly plays an Atari 2600 on a properly old CRT TV, that's nowhere near how 2600 games look.  I don't know if those stripes are supposed to be scanlines or RF interference or what, but it's not even remotely accurate and it looks bad.

Bear in mind, I've never played Five Nights at Freddie's.  If this is how the mini-games look in there, then shame on them.  They clearly have not played Atari today.

Does it look good in motion? It's a little hard on my eyes in still form. Maybe it's a game that screenshots don't do justice, which is entirely possible. *nods*
