Firstly, I'm not a sprite artist. I tried, I failed, I cried and never went back.

Test1:

I like that style. Imagining it animated, i think it would pretty cool bouncing up and down idle.

The detail in the hair shading and clothing is really nicely done!

Test2:

I like the older look of this one. I can't decide what my favorite is, either test1 or test2, but I like the design and details on his clothing and the curls of his hair! I imagine bouncy hair if he was animated :)

Test3:

I know he's chibi-like, but I find his head to be a little to big. He seems like he would fall over is he ran at you, though that shading and highlighting in his hair and eyes do look really nice! If you changed the head size down a little bit (same style, just a little smaller), i think he's be an awesome little battler!

Overall, I think they look amazing, that very nicely colored and shaded. I really like them and hope you plan on doing more :D

(This is just my opinion however, and I'm not a sprite artist lol)

You're a prodigy, that's for sure ^~^ I'm too lazy to do these large sprites without a good reason xD

Well I like test 1~

And for the tip... You can try to hone your speed spriting, spriting often can do the trick

Thanks! I will practice even more. And yeah the test3 is something just for cuteness its actually my first attempt but I stop it and finished it last.

I will surely do more. And if I can sprite within a month I might try a fully animated battler.

Thank you very much but thats not true I'm still a lightyear away from being something like that, if you notice I can't still make a fully toned sprites, right now Im stuck at 2 type shade sprite. I'm still on the learning process, before I manage to make the first one I have to try and try until I figured out what's wrong. I almost gave up in thr outline process then suddenly I made something right lol.

I will try the speed spriting thank you!

Hehe~ ^~^ I also started with just 2 shades then suddenly learned to use 3 then 4 then 5 xD but of course shades more than 5 will kinds make the sprite look funny unless it is a huge sprite :3 Ahhh~ I remember the good ol days when I was still using MS Paint on my sprites xD
