Some tweaks of the Inside_B tileset

Recommended Posts

Hi!  This is my first post other than the “Nice to meet you!†post, so forgive me if I’m doing something incorrectly.  Previewing this post, the pictures look tiny.  Yikes, I'm trying!   EDIT:  Oh, I see, you click on the tiny picture and it gets big!  Whew.

I am new to editing graphics but I’m slooowly figuring it out.  I’m using Game Character Hub and basically making more variety of the stuff I find myself wanting more variety of.  I don’t want every house to have the same bed etc.  I tweaked the beds and furniture to fit against the walls better.  I made some floor mattresses because I feel like there should be something in between a nice wooden frame bed and a ratty, filthy mat on the floor.  So my idea was a sack full of hay type mattress.  I also tried making some smaller kid beds, making big bookshelves with ladders, and filling the crates with more varied stuff.  It looks like the crates are full of… brussels sprouts, mac and cheese, and… pepto bismol?  Anyway.  I’m sure all these ideas have been done before fifty times but my goal is to learn how to do it myself…

These are edits of the Inside_B tileset but I was sticking the file in the Inside D slot which was empty so I could still access the regular B stuff.  Is that alright, or a bad idea?  I’m not sure what the purpose is of the D and E slots.

Please suggest any ideas for improvements.  Thanks!!
