You can change your form - from human to dog, cat, whale, dragon, whatever you want, but only ONCE. You cannot change your form back to human. (Actually it's not that bad I know) Take it or leave it? You are perfectly healthy - never ill nor anything like that, but you are a carrier of tons of illnesses (hope my English worked here) and people around you can easily get sick. Take it or leave it?
