Animebryan 139 Posted October 1, 2015 New HTML5 demo made by Moonbooks Entertainment (or someone affiliated with Moonbooks who has access to their servers and a pre-release copy of RMMV): here. Link = Page not found. Also, I really hope those bonuses aren't exclusive. Because if they are, then that's gonna be a real slap to the face for those of us who either can't afford the pre-order right now or who are still hesistant to make the transition. I was also kinda expecting the release date to be somewhere around Xmas time & launch with a holiday sale, like anywhere from 20%-40% off for like a month or two to ease the transition. draykorinee 3 Posted October 1, 2015 I highly doubt that this is your usual pre order lock bonus, yanfly has already said the plug in is available for free from her own site. The only real 'bonus' of these plug ins is that they are part of the programme so you don't need to hunt for them according to the yanfly. Pre order bonuses disgust me usually but this seems to be legit just about convenience and not locking you out of potentially important plug ins.
Traverse 144 Posted October 2, 2015 Link = Page not found Huh. They took it down. Must have been sapping too much bandwidth or something. Also, I really hope those bonuses aren't exclusive. They won't be permanently unavailable after pre-order, if that's what you're asking. They've confirmed that at least the Cover Art pack and the Essentials pack will be put up separately for individual sale as expansion packs after the pre-order. I suspect most of the plugins will be free anyway. The converter script will probably be put up for sale too. Before anybody else asks, the Steam storefront deal carries the same bonuses as the official site's deal - the only difference is you only get the Steam version with the Steam store purchase (you get a non-Steam version as well as a Steam version on the official site's deal). Steam seems to be cheaper in some regions due to their pricing scheme, but if you're living in Europe it's probably cheaper to pre-order from the official site - the Steam price in Euros looks more expensive given the current conversion rate. Best to check yourself, though. Don't know if Steam does different prices for different parts of Europe.
Traverse 144 Posted October 11, 2015 (edited) For anybody who hasn't seen them yet, the official RPGMakerweb Youtube channel has put up some videos showcasing a few of the plugins that come in the pre-order bonus package. Apparently among the included is a resolution changer and an 8-directional/pixel-movement plugin courtesy of Yami. There's also a video showing how the VXAce-MV converter script works. Yanfly has already confirmed that the new Yanfly Engine P will be freely available online once RMMV comes out, but it is also available in the pre-order package and Yanfly has also put up some videos showcasing the plugins. @Moderators - I'm not sure if I'm allowed to double post, so just merge this with my previous post if necessary.
