But what was still more important was the fact that they weren't where they were before, and they needed to do something about this darkness. Just a simple flashlight wasn't going to work for long. That hurts!" she said and took out what it is, she found out that it was a rose, a white rose to be exact. "Hey! How did this get in my pocket?" She asked. Alex looked at her sister, "Since when did you get that?" he asked?. "I don't know... Hey! You also had one too!" Skyla said while pointing at Alex's Jacket. Alex looked at his jacket and saw an Orange rose attached to it, "You're right. And it I'm not mistaken... I would figure out you guys also have roses." Alex said. It was a deep, night blue, and it faintly shimmered as if it were otherworldly. She had never seen a rose that shade, but it was beautiful and perfectly formed. "The rose is part of your life and soul. If the rose dies, so too you will rot away." Alex said as he read the message. Upon hearing those words, Skyla was terrified, "Tell me its only a lie r-right?" she said as her tears fell off. "I don't know but... If the message is real, then we should not let these roses die. We must find a way out of this place." Alex said, "Don't worry sis, We'll get through this." She clenched her fists and called out. "Whoever's doing this, show your damn face!" Whenever she was scared or confused, resorting to anger was the easiest thing to do. Sky said, "Don't worry. nothing's going to-- ACK!!" Alex was surprised that the lady in the painting choked him. "Alex!!!" Skyla cried and grabbed the lady's arms to stop it from choking Alex. "Gah!! *huff* That I didn't expect." Alex said, "Brother! Are you alright!?" Skyla said, worried about her brother. "Don't worry I'm fine... Thank you for helping me." He said as he looked at the man who helped him. "I don't know about this thing, but... I don't think this place is safe.." He added. "We should continue finding our way out. But before that, we should introduce ourselves first.." Alex said. "My name is Alexander Cross, you can call me Alex or Al for short.
