Would you rather be able to watch Godzilla fight the Kraken or Cthulu? Cus why not combine a giant Japanese sea-based monster with a giant English sea-based creature. They're both squid-like, immensely powerful, except one is an old one and one is just ancient. (This is based off of an awesome t-shirt I saw on holiday. Shame it didn't have the right size, and had been discontinued ) It'd be in your home city, or closest to it, and whoever won MAY then take over the rest of the world depending on who it was.

Breathe underwater and withstand high water pressure. I have no intention of ever going to space, but I do enjoy swimming... In pools, anyway. XD

Darkrai, because that's my fave, it's cool and it's strong as heck with cool moves. If we're talking non-legendary, one of the ones in the Litwick/Lampent/Chandelure group. Tempted to go escort, but might lead to other issues. What does a wench dress like? I'd go maid. Nobody ever suspects the maid.
