Lux_Fortuna 7 Posted September 13, 2015 Hi, my wife and I just got the program and it all looks extremely exciting. She loves drawing manga-styled art and we're hoping we can find a way to incorporate her work into this program. Based on what I've read so far it looks like that's definitely a possibility so that's promising. This looks like an amazingly friendly community at first glance so I hope we can really get involved. I saw that people create really neat scripts (I think I saw that someone made a turn-based script like warsong which is AMAZING). We have a ton of questions but are working our way through guides and hopefully they resolve most of our questions. TheManlyFairy 51 Posted September 13, 2015 (edited) I just joined recently myself but I can assure you, this program allows for many sort of drawn art integration. It can be use a picture to cover the entire game screen, like mostly used in horror games as jumpscares or it can be used with certain scripts to display character images over the chat window like in many RPG games to give characters more life by using different facial expressions. You can see how both come into play if you watch an episode of Markiplier playing an RPGM horror game called Blank Dream, to get an idea of what's possible. Also, I think it's an amazing thing that you started doing this with your wife, so I wish you best of luck in making something awesome! I fell in love with the DWM series--which probably no one knows of--sort of like Dragon Warrior... Quest? series). When I saw RPG maker it reminded me so much of that game, even with the allies following the leader. This whole thing is really exciting.
