Bran, an inteligent agent of Seed is assign to investigate weird activity in Loscha mines. It appears that someone is after a forbidden Guardian Force.

 

Demo synopsis : 

Bran can't forgive himself after his strategy meets failure. He must choose how to redeem himself and rescue his commander, Irvine Kinneas.

 

 

Genre: RPG action, fantasy.

Game Progression: Prolog part (75%)
Recruitment: I need some spriter, animator, and mapper (parallax). But if no one volunteer, I'll do it with any best resources I can working on. The only help I really would like to ask is someone to beta the texts. English is not my mother language, I'll be very glad if someone would help me on this issue.

Story / Setting / Purpose:
Final Fantasy VIII alternative universe, 30 Years after FFVIII ending, Squall Lionheart now a grand general of Ballamb Garden. The Seed system had been expanded to different divissions. Bran, the main character is assigned to inteligent division as a spy agent because of his high individual skills. 

The mission begin when Omega Grimoire is stolen from Dollet museum and the culprit left a clear fingerprint belongs to Seifer Almasy. After several chase of the culprit, Bran returned home to find out that Seifer Almasy is actually innocent. He has to prove the innocence by investigating Loscha mines. There, the real bad guy show up, and Bran must cleaning up the mess.

 
Character Bios:

 

Brandis Treepe (Bran)

Was known as a child prodigy, assigned to Brown Seed(Inteligent division). According to his mother, he has several similarities with Squall Lionheart. They both are deadly serious, dependable, and anti-social. But Bran has a sharp tongue, loves to threaten others who gets in his way, and won't hesitate to harm the others if it's necessary. The bad habits was caused by his rough childhood, he was bullied because his father is unknown, and his mother always busy with her works. Bran learned the hard way how to stand up for himself.

 

Lukas Lionheart (Luke)

A briliant sharpshooter with positive energy almost in any situation. His childhood dream was to be a traveling journalist like his grandfather, Laguna Loire. Luke loves to tell lies and often gets other into trouble because of this weird hobby. But he always gives fair resolution to someone he truly respect. Although Luke is part of the Red Seed (Vanguard division), but his friends claims that Luke never missed his shot, which is the absolute requirement to Light Green Seed (Arbalest division). 

 

Roxanne Watson

A sweet young doctor who was assigned as medic to support Commander Treepe's legion. She always say nice things to everyone and unable to harm anything, even a mosquito.

 

Derreck Guile

Bran's classmate in Ballamb Garden, he is a loyal friend.

 

Ulrick Seaman

Bran's respectable senior. When he was bullied, Ulrick motivated him to stand up for himself. He was Bran's first hero, until he betray Seed and caused a great loss in Timber Border. Bran was very disappointed and couldn't stop blame himself because he was the one who suggest Ulrick for the mission. 

 

Squall Lionheart

The Ballamb Garden's grand general. Trust Bran above anyone else.

 

Rinoa Heartily

Timber's chief (Regent)

 

Seifer Almasy

A fugitive, break through Garden's jail and his where about is still unclear

 

Zell Dincht

Ranks Major, and win election as Ballamb city's guardian (governor)

 

Selphie Timitt

A scientist from Trabia Garden, divorce to Irvine Kinneas

 

Irvine Kinneas

Was entrusted to guard Timber's border. A friendly fellow with open minded characteristic and optimism. Although quite similar with Luke, both of them never like each others. Especially when Quistis Treepe around.

 

Quistis Treepe

She was the second in command of Ballamb Garden merchenery guild. Her loyalty to Squall Lionheart beyond compare.

 

Balthier

A mysterious foreigner, nobody knows where he come from. Bran met him in Ballamb pub, he was searching for Seifer Almasy for some reasons. The two become friends and Balthier gives precious information about this investigation.
