In World of Chaos, I came up with an interesting idea.

Team skills are combos done by two or more party members. I plan on eventing this in my game so no script needed. In my project, I currently don't use TP because it's useless, but with this, I'll have something to use it for. You can already strategize and come up with combos done by multiple members but you can't do it within one turn.

Right now, in order to do combos successfully, you have to hope that, during the duration of the combo, nothing interferes with it. If you're fighting multiple enemies, this can be very difficult to pull off.

In the script request section, I asked for a substitution skill script: Link

I will no longer be needing it because I found a way to event it. I got tired of looking so I'm eventing. Therefore, a script is no longer needed so script suggestions are not wanted :D

With that being said, I will try to combine that with the team skills system to make an great combination of evented systems.

What you think?

Go on and do it, or I'll come and put a sticker on your screen! No, really though, do it. I've not seen that many games that use this concept from RPG Maker, and even when scripts do the function, it takes time, effort, and its hardly editable. With events, you have a ton more control.

Thanx, I had this idea from watching movies. Movies, music, and games can be quite inspiring.

My original concept involved having combo attacks. It was going to tie into a relationship system (better relationships, better combos)

I decided to go without either seeing as my game is long, and I want to finish it sometime this century. Maybe another project....

Anyway, combos are a great idea. Anything that adds more strategy or forces the player to make a decision is usually a good thing.

You can really have some fun with it with boss battles. Like a combo is needed to make an invulnerable boss vulnerable or something. Go with it!

I figured by adding this feature, the player will understand the relationship and teamwork between members.
