Balter 32 Posted October 26, 2015 (edited) @unishadow lol. are you serious? alright, it settled then. no straws @epicfile thanks, I forgot to add some wild flowers though and 1 house seems alienated in design way (up-right corner) now that I mention it, I wonder if it will be problem Edited October 26, 2015 by Balter
EpicFILE 200 Posted October 26, 2015 The one with the brown wall and roof? Yeah, the design is different but I don't think it's out of place. It's just fitting pretty well.
Skysagi 219 Posted October 26, 2015 (edited) So, I absolutely love everything about this map. Seriously, it's beautiful, but something bothers me... What is the brick road doing there? The dirt road that goes below it looks like it's actually below it, or the brick road is way above it and... oh lord, it gets too confusing. What is that suppposed to be? Balter 32 Posted October 26, 2015 @epicfile are you sure? I'm about to show you how it looks like in screenshot (testplay) but looks like I already wipe it out, so here's the current map looks like @skyninja to explain why I put brick road there, ... the city is a metropolis in medieval setting. outside the city gate, there's a big fort guarding it. between the fort and the city wall, lives farmers and herders (I hope I write this right), woodcutters, miners, people classified as "peasants" or too poor to pay tax to live inside the city walls. That's the suburban area, and the brick road is a road connects the city wall to the fort. you might want to imagine SNK world, although I don't took the idea from there. but I think you talking about the design, right? If I put more details on it, do you think will it be better?
EpicFILE 200 Posted October 26, 2015 (edited) At first I thought it's a waterway or a height changer (?) If the brick is a gate, I think it'll need more details. (by adding some kind of roof above it) But other than that, the map is beautiful. Edited October 26, 2015 by EpicFILE
