Free Chiptune/8 bit music for non commercial and commercial use?

I've been looking around but I can't quite find what I'm looking for. I'm looking for an album featuring lots of chiptune music for a wide variety of events and battles.

Ah, I know a few places, here's some non-commericial music by ypmid, If you want to use it for a commercial product you'd have to ask him, but I think he's inactive sadly, here's the original thread.
