Pixelization of a Hand Dagger?

Recommended Posts

Or whatever this thing is called. Had to take a screenshot because the icon is much too small to be a solo picture.

What do you think?

The icon you made looks pretty but I can't picture how you'd wield it with any control.  Does your whole hand go in there, or just a finger?  And how is the blade attached?  (I'm not criticizing your graphic, I'm just curious about the weapon you based it on.)

I believe you put your hand through the entrance in the space between the blade and the handle. You use it as like, a apart of your fists

It's called a katar :)

It looks good, but to me the black border around the blade makes it look blunt, for lack of a better word. If you look at the photo, the blade has a less distinct outline than the handle.

If anything, I'd have the black border around the grip to give it more 'weight' and leave the blade as one colour without a distinct outline.

@xoferew: Akagi has it. You grip the handle and can slice or stab with it as if there's a spike on your knuckles. A much deadlier brass knuckle weapon.Though it would take a very strong wrist to successfully stab with it.

@Heckhound: Ah! Thanks for the name.

Yeah, I see what you mean. Looks like a toy. I'll definitely switch the border around.
