I found a couple neat looking battlers on a site, but I can't seem to find any info terms and conditions. The site is in Japanese...or Korean,...or something.Definitely not English, and Google Translate no make words good. It would be greatly appreciate if someone can find the terms and conditions on it. The first link is the main site. The second is the page with the battlers.
