You are Ferde, an attractive yet reckless? guy, who made his best to the 10th seat of the strongest Archmages

in the northern land of Reigeia. No one knows about Ferde's past, including his adopted sister, Elena, and even himself.

The only thing he can remember is, he is there to protect everyone in Greymoyr, his hometown for the past 7 years

where he live peacefully. It's not like he lost his memories of childhood, he just can't remember

I have to say, this looks very nice. I'll give this a go later and prepare some feedback!

Alright, I've given it a try, although I didn't play for very long. Here's my immediate feedback:

 

+ Visually, this game gets a 9/10. Your environments and pictures were all nicely detailed, and the scripts look impressive. 

+ There are some interesting battle mechanics. I like the Area skill, it's a unique addition.

+ I love the game's interaction with the mouse! It's probably my favorite thing in this game.

+ Your actions clearly have consequences in the future, such as trespassing and stealing. Not bad.

 

- The English translation doesn't do this game justice. It needs proper editing in many areas. 

- The way your formation just changes on a whim is confusing. I feel like the pace could be trimmed down a bit.

- Movement on the map feels very stiff, and it's a bit laggy at times.

- Some map tiles don't mix with the environment, such as the well in the first town.

- NPCs can get in your way.

- Not much character-to-character interaction. If anything, the dialogue seems a bit rushed at times.

 

Honestly, I can deal with the above rather easily. This game has massive potential. My biggest critique, however, is how your battles work. After just a few of them, I lost my desire to keep playing.

 

- The battle music is very overused. You'd be surprised at just how many games use that theme.

- I'm not a fan of the ATB battle system. Why not just have everyone act on the same turn? ATB just makes things needlessly complicated.

- The battles aren't that interesting. There's not much strategy to them: Select something that does a lot of damage, and keep an eye your mana. 

- Because it's an ATB battle system, you can't cancel a character's actions, simply because they'll have already moved by the time you realized your mistake.

- The animations, as well as the flow of the battle, are pitifully slow. A basic attack takes no less than two seconds, and the animations average around four seconds each. Heck, Ice Raid takes around six seconds to finish, with four being spent on the glowing.

 

That's what I've gotten out of thirty minutes. I'll give it a 6/10 for now. if you fix your battle system immensely, I'll give it another go.  :)

yes, currently im working on the story and its plots (trimmed down the pace is a good idea),

fix the translation over and over ^^, also last but not least, the battle system

as it needs a lot of improvements. you mentioned all of it in a positive way. thanks. ^^

 

i have fixed major bugs and made some improvements in demo v1.2,

but i didnt touch the battle system yet, got a lot of works to do.hehe
