What do you consider comedy? It just has to be clever. I'm not super picky about anything - but there should be a pay-off to the humor. I think comedy is a  craft in and of itself - lowbrow comedy is one thing, but the truly funny stuff comes from being a master of it, and I learned to appreciate comedy for the intelligence involved.

Do y'all like sports? Which ones? Playin', watchin' or both? I used to watch some NBA, but I'd prefer to play sports, if only because I think being physically active is important. I used to skate (skateboard) a lot, and I still watch professional skaters, but nowadays, I generally enjoy swimming. If motor sports (such as motorcycles) counts here, then that'd be one of my favorite pastimes - riding a motorcycle. I've also enjoyed some martial arts (but I didn't care enough to continue practicing), basketball, snow sports, and watching hilarious dance choreographies (I wouldn't be caught dead participating in one, unless I really had to - I once learned ballroom dancing and "proper etiquette", and I ended up with a Presidential Volunteer's Service award for participating in the program, since it was also a community service program).

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time, when your not making games? Nowadays, I just watch videos, and play games myself. I'm the sort of person who always has earphones or headphones on, so I also surround myself with music as much as possible. Hopefully constant exposure won't make me deaf in the future, especially since I keep the volume pretty low...most of the time.

If you could change one thing in your life, what it would be? I wish I did a better job of my first year in university - it was a wreck, and set me back by quite a few years because of my personal decisions. Thankfully, I was lucky only to lose one or two years at best, but it saddens me to see most of my friends graduate a few years before me because of it (I planned to take a master's program offered to undergraduates in my school, so I had to add on the extra year of studying before I graduate with both degrees).

If you could somehow go into fictional worlds, which would be the first one you visited and why? This is a very tough one. It's probably a toss-up between the world of Shin Megami Tensei or Ivalice - the former because it's basically this world except with demon summoning, apocalyptic journey-goodness. If the world allowed me to be a true hero, I would be able to summon some badass demons like Lilith and Vishnu, and be on my way to fighting the likes of Lucifer, Ialdabaoth, and the old goddesses of the world themselves. Ivalice, to me, is really special because it's what I consider to be THE Final Fantasy world. The different iterations of Ivalice have always appealed to me with its storybook-beauty. That being said, most FF worlds are appealing to me in general, much moreso than say, the worlds of a Tales game, which I consider to be pretty boring in quality throughout the entire series.

Oh, but I guess if I really wanted to hurt myself but come out feeling like a badass, traveling to one of these five places (Boletaria, Lordran, Drangleic, Lothric, or Yharnam) wouldn't hurt (kek) too much.

What was/is your greatest inspiration to create games, draw, compose or do anything you enjoy doing in general? Music! I like to live life with my own personal soundtrack, and music fuels my creative ability. For activities like rote memorization, I do not listen to music since it becomes a distraction, but when I have to become creative, even with school work, music is the greatest tool at my disposal. Erik Satie's Gymnopedie could help me on certain situations, and close to the other end of the spectrum, Marilyn Manson's The Nobodies would help me with others.

What made you want to use RPG Maker and join this community? I remember the first time I made a project in the trial version of VX, I was so enraptured by how much fun I had making the game. The initial charm is gone, but I have a heavy respect for RM - I've seen some really fantastic projects come out of this program, like the RM adaptation of The Red Hand of Doom. I joined this community in part because I wanted to have people available who could help with my project, but I also like to be able to offer my own expertise when people need it.

What is your favorite food? I feel like I answered this already, but mapo tofu.

What would be the perfect job for you? This reminds me of something a teacher of mine told me. He was the guy that really sold me that math can be enjoyable, and he taught me very well. One of the things he told me was that "if you love to do something, you should never make it your job". That one advice really stuck out to me, because even if I could love what I'm doing, I would get tired of being surrounded by it eventually. It's like eating on vanilla ice cream cake - you'd get sick of eating the same thing over and over. Today I'm studying to become a registered nurse, and eventually a nurse practitioner, because I think there's a beauty in working a job where compassion is important. Helping others is not a hobby and certainly not something I "love to do". Rather, I think it's important to find personal satisfaction outside of your interests, so this seem like a good field to enter.

That being said, with my current skill set, I'd probably make a fantastic critic. Maybe not Siskel or Ebert-level of fantastic, but I could do the work professionally.

What's your favourite color? I'm boring because I like black and white, but the reason why I like those colors is because they go well with pretty much every other color out there, which gives me a lot of options when buying clothes.

If you could have front row seats to see any band play, which would it be? Probably Genitorturers - they claim to be the sexiest band out there, and I want to see whether or not it shows itself when I'm right in front of them. If so, I get a great show, and if not, well, it'd still be a funny experience.

What's your absolute favorite genre? For movies, I don't have a favorite. I appreciate all movies, from the 1927's Metropolis to 2016's Deadpool. I really like watching movies that do one of two things: push the medium forward, or bring something rare from my emotions. Stanley Kubrick's Barry Lyndon has some fantastic cinematography, but Matthew Vaughn's Kingsmen: The Secret Service is one of the most fun-driven movies I've seen.

For video games, I mainly enjoy RPGs, action-adventure and survival horror. My tops from each genre, on a personal level, is Shin Megami Tensei: NocturneCastlevania: Circle of the Moon/Symphony of the Night, and Silent Hill 2. I also enjoy other titles like DoomBioshock, etc. but that's generally where a lot of my time is devoted to.

For books, I read just about everything. Recently, I've been into some more philosophical stuff - writers like Franz Kafka who mixes novel format and philosophical discussion are some of my personal favorites.

I listen to all music. I find there's something to be appreciated in every genre.

Where would your dream holiday be, and why? A Roman Holiday - I hope to enjoy it as much as Audrey Hepburn did.

EDIT: I forgot a question, didn't I? Okay, if you could take the place of any fictional character, who would it be?

Music would be overall rock possibly. All this pop stuff nowadays makes my ears bleed.

Amen, sister!

@Yuugami- Yay for sportball!  :P I was a very lazy student in college, and my grades reflected it. Whatever you did to screw up your first, year, I feel ya. The fact you admitted it tells me, you've learned from your mistakes. I hope it doesn't set you too far back.

To answer Takeo's question my dream holiday would be spending Christmas is Halloween Town. My two favorite holidays fused into one crazy dark twisted celebration.

To answer Yuugami's, any fictional character? Hmm.. there's several I'd pick. I think Goku would be at the top. I'm curious to experience what being that inconceivably strong would be like. I would also be able to whatever I wanted whenever I wanted cuz who's gonna stop me? I'd use my powers for good...

... mostly. My first act would be making Donald Trump not exist anymore. Then world domination peace.

I can't think of any deep thought provoking questions right now so what is your favorite dessert?

I just had the best tiramisu I've ever eaten. Mmmm...

Chocolate cake or cherry pie. Can't decide which is better.

Do you like minigames in video games? If so, which as been your favourite? If not, why?

Mini-games are usually a fun distraction from the actual game.

I have a few favorites. The chicken puncher game in the Doom games. Classic. The archery game in Zelda. My faves are when you ride Epona and shoot targets,

but i really like the LInk to the Past version. I even add an archery minigame in my game. While I'm Zelda, Bombchu Bowling. Need I explain?

One last one. This one is from Banjo-Kazooie. Another game with many great mini-games. One of my favorites is where you turn into a crocodile and run around a room trying to eat colored fruits. Simple, addictive, and surprisingly difficult.

What other mini-game do y'all like? Or do you hate them?

@PP and Lone:

My favorite minigames (if one of them can be counted as a minigame) was mostly any in Legend of Zelda. As Lone states, I enjoy the target practice on the shooting ranges, as well as being rewarded for it and such. My other favorites where FFVIII's Triple Triad (I never got into FFIX's though. Didn't appeal as much). It was addicting, simplistic - in a sense - and had it's own risks (I was over protective of my Ifrit. Would never use rare cards in matches that were risky).

My last favorite - if you can call it a minigame - was the Battle Area in FFVII. It felt good having a sequence of fights with a single character that as the battles went on, the handicaps stacked. You could power your character up with Materia, and then WHAM! Materia broken handicap and now your screwed. Better balance well~

My friend got addicted to the Stardew Valley arcade game (the shooter one - forgot it's name). He stole my PC for hours and only got to the second area xD he was raging, but still played it.

Minigames are nice - especially if you have a long game. It allows the player to take a break and reduces the chance of them getting bored. I especially love areas like's FFVII's Gold Saucer, essentially an area you can go to spend money and have a good time if you ever wanna avoid that massive meteor aimed straight for you~

What other hobbies do you have, besides game-making?

I think I asked that before already, but I wanna know~

Is drinking considered a hobby? I'm not even sure what my hobbies are now. Most stuff costs money, and for awhile there, I didn't have any. I like watching sports, but the ones I like (football and hockey) aren't in season. I'm waiting impatiently for the next season to start.

Usually I just hang out with friends and we do whatever. Lots of food movies, and videogames. Usually alcohol.

I actually have disposable income now just in time for summer so I want to bum around downtown more. There's tons to do in Chi-town. I definately gotta go to some concerts. Already got my ticket for Lollapalooza. I'll prolly go to the Taste of Chicago, too. One of those last two should have one the most amazing things ever. Lobster corndog. Yep. It's exactly what it sounds like.

So eating, drinking, and going to concerts. Those shall be my hobbies =)

New, but related question:

Anyone going on vacation this summer?

I'm not. I never leave my town and rarely leave my house. XD I do, however, research places so much it's almost like I'm there, so I'll be doing that. :P

My entire playthrough of all the Mass Effects back to back with all DLC's, and doing everything in every game. I've done back to back playthroughs a lot before, but never fully did everything in each game as I went. (I've played each Mass Effect over 20 times)

Great memories. ^.^

What is your favorite story? (Can be from anything, book, game, anime, visual novel, movie, ETC...)

I'm going to start playing this game, but since this game isn't listed in 'my content' i'm going to post here. The reason i'm not actually answering the question is because I have no answer for it. I honestly have no idea what my favorite story is.

Remember to also state a question though. I'm glad your joining but, but not answering the previous question, or asking a new question breaks the "game" :P

Oooh, my favorite book so far was "The Shadow Within" by Brent Weeks. (I think thats its name).

I borrowed this book - one of a trilogy - from my boyfriend and, I dont read alot, but I loved this book.

It's essentially like an old fantasy assassin story and it's really good. The ending of book one was just... perfect.

I work for a healthboard. Its a good gig, except for all the sick people.

I don't have a designated role there, part of the reserve staff, so I can get moved around all the various departments. Last six months or so I've mostly been working for the new outsourcing department which basically deals with moving patients around hospitals so everyone waits less :)

PC is kinda obvious, so I'll exclude this. =P

My favorite console would be either Pegasus (NES) or Playstation 1 ~ hard to decide which one I like more, but I love them both. These consoles gave me sooooooooo much fun ~ there were games that you could play for days, months or even years, due to their replayability. Games were unique ~ each one was different ~ now it's difficult to find one... I absolutely don't care about AAA games, because they're just redoing their stuff over and over again and it's not fun for me. Indie developers are the only hope ~ I do admit, that some games actually can still surprise me. I miss these consoles ~ or even better ~ I miss the times, where my whole family used to play games on these consoles,  Atari or Amiga ~ now everything has changed ...

Also, on these consoles it was easy to find a game to play with siblings ~ now it's difficult to find a local coop enjoyable game. (thankfully indie developers made some of these =3)

Well, Riki, I can't answer that. I have slain so many people, memories and countri- OH! Proud? Why didn't you say so! XD

Anyway, I'm proud that I can finally get fully fledged into my writing, game development, and practicing my art (Which I really need to do...).

Let's keep this path, but... What was the bravest act, even if for stupid reasons, that you've committed?

(I dove into a rose bush to save a bird... so hmm... yep! :D )

Hmmm. I can't think of anything remarkably brave I've done, but one time when i was like seven, I was running along a beach while on a camping trip, then I saw a snake blending in with the sand. And i was running towards it. Instead of turning around, or stopping, i jumped over it. I'm not aware if the snake was poisonous or not, but i was pretty close to being bitten by it. Not exactly brave, more foolhardy if anything, but that's all I got.

What is the stupidest thing you have ever done?

@Tarq: Oh wow. This is why I love this "game". I assumed you were an office worker type of guy, so I'm super glad I asked that question! :D

Pffffft, where to begin?

Umm, as a kid we used to have a big standing lamp with like 4 heads (it was a flower lamp so 4 bulbs? haha)

Anyway, one of the heads was missing a bulb inside of it, and me - the clever little tyke that I was - stuck my finger into the said area -the lamp was turned on - and well, my mum wondered why i was on the floor in shock.

I was fine afterwards and I was a difficult child xD

What was your first ever pet, and did you have a story behind it? (Petshop, adopted, stray/abandoned, inherited, ect.)

Could it be the first fully living pet? ...No? ...OK...

Anywhom, when I was a younger little annoyance of a gamer (as I had also somehow figured out a way to Blu-ray burn a ps2 game by simply leaving the system on for a while), my dad and my mom were split up, so I'd have to travel back and forth to each of them at certain times. When I was getting ready for the final week of summer, my mom gave one of her fifty bajillion hamsters to me, and I named it Fluffs. We got a small cage for it, and for a week we enjoyed his company. Then, after school started, I couldn't find the time to actually play with him, and well... he died after 4 days.

What was the hardest perceived test of any of your skills?

Every time finals happen, my skill to live a partially sane life gets tested. In a less obvious answer, however... Go get some popcorn or toast or something.

It happened last year, not long after the previous one. I was sitting through what might have been the biggest test of my patience and will to be a good person that I've been faced with - my best friend had been telling me what a horrible person I was for two hours straight. All I did as forget her favourite colour. Apparently, though, that makes a horrible person. I sat there, patiently until I couldn't take it anymore. I listened to her every word as I was judged for everything I'd ever told her or told her about or done to or with her. The good things were twisted into bad and the mistakes were twisted into lies. I got accused of stealing her ideas, characters, names, backstories, ignoring her, talking about her behind her back, lying to her, forgetting large events in her life, etc. I never got a word in to defend myself (which was likely a good thing, since every second was ticking me off more and more, what with this strange happening of false accusations with no proof to back them up, save for her own ideas), but I listened. I waited. I slowly got angrier and angrier until, finally, I hung up. I sat there for a good while, bewildered by the fact that she'd say such things. I knew (and still know) that friends fought, sometimes, but this? We didn't talk for days. Finally, I gave a sheepish hello, to which she responded almost immediately with an insult. She insulted me with everything I said and went as far as to say I'd been lying about every detail of my life, from my beliefs to my, uhm, preferences... This wasn't the first time we'd fought, but even the previous times were tame. I soon ended this one-sided friendship much later than it had already ended.

@PP; Yeah, people can suck. Learning who's good for you and who's bad for you, and in what quantities, is just another one of life's stepping stones. If you were close then hopefully you can repair things with your friend a little down the line although she sounds pretty determined to burn that bridge

@Takeo: You mean I sound like a square? I suppose I am a bit :3

Favourite anything is tough for me; I try to like everything for its own merits, and only really dislike something if it doesn't aspire to anything or drastically fails to live up to those aspirations.

Silicon Valley is the highlight of my Monday atm (yep, even over GoT), but I suppose Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia is the show I've rewatched the most despite the disappointments of the latter series.

@PP: Understood. My friend count dwindled alot through the years too, and now I only have one friend and my boyfriend beside me. People, especially nowadays, tend to be more two-faced than before and even after being friends for years, a single rumor from a stranger can make them turn against you for no reason. Situations like these just show peoples true colours, and if she's hellbent on being disrespectful and harsh with you - then she clearly doesn't care and deserve your attention. Keep your head up, and simply shrug her off now. It's her lose in the end. You'll find someone/people who actually respect and care about you, just don't let people like her get to you.

You always seem really nice on the forums, so I have no doubts your an awesome person (:

@Tarq: Well, if I judge by your avatar, then yes, your very square~ Like the rest of us xD. Nah, just hearing stuff like "I'm online from work" made me think desk job in an office since they sound boring and have internet access!

I used to be able to play Guitar, although not the best. It was a thing my dad had taught me (before events) so it's sort of a "bonding" thing we had. He'd show me "Smoke on Water" and another song I forgot the name of. Admittedly though, I was awful at it. My fingers didn't want to co-operate so it was hard to learn.

Eventually i got frustrated and threaten'd the guitar by nearly throwing it out my dad's window, but gradually, and slowly, I learned a couple segments of various songs.

This was years ago though and I haven't touched a guitar since, so I would be clueless if I was asked to play it again xD

I loved playing the keyboard when I was younger - though this was self taught. Once I move out and get a bigger house, I may invest in a keyboard again :3

"When I was seventeen, it was a very good yearrrr."

I don't really know about memorable, but I think very fondly of my college and uni years. The worst thing about joining the workforce is not that you don't have as much free time to do the things important to you, but that none of your friends have much free time either. So those years where we had all that time to lay about doing nothing with each other, or even just sitting together in class, well, they're not memorable but they're highly valued.

Oh yes. The wrist(s?). First time when I was... let's see, eight or so. I was jumping, or rather falling, but intending to jump, from a tree outside my school. (It wasn't very tall, but I slipped off the branch)

another time when I was much older. I slipped on ice on my way walking to a dentists appointment.

Sticking with the established format of using bold text for questions:

Have you broken any hearts?

I hope I'm not repeating a question; I'm skipping over a few pages, but if I do, let it be an opportunity for someone else to give their answer.
