It is a bit long so bear with me please.

Ravyn's life has been pretty rough: her house is almost a pigsty, her mom and dad neglect her (they are both workaholics) and every person in the school considers her a weirdo.

For as long as she can remember, Ravyn can escape to a much nicer place, a dream world but she can only see it from above, until one day when se wakes up on a green hill and it is greeted by Lycoris the witch.

The witch outright states that Ravyn is the creator of that world and soon it will be consumed by a darkness plague that transform every single person living there into a disturbing monster.

In order to achieve this, Ravyn and Lycoris must go to the east, there they will find the core of the dream world and in that place, Ravyn must purify all the world at once.

But there is a catch, Ravyn can not tell anyone that she created the dream world as Lycoris points out that the information will create chaos.

Trying toreach east, they encounter the town of Ladon, home of Hati, the cristal vanguard and also the mayor who has sealed all kinds of commuting to other areas, as more and more dark creatures started to appear.

They are unable to convince him to let them pass, but he gaves a tip about a path that connects west and east, so they decide to go west.

At the west mountains, they encounter an infected soldier and it attacks them, unable to cure him, they destroy him, it is revealed then, that a bounty hunter called Nathim was behind the infected and once he finds out that his bounty was destoyed, he decides to stick with Lycoris and Ravyn because they owe him the money from the bounty.

Arriving at the west in a zone called Agis, they enconuter the path, but it is sealed as the priestess of Agis will perform a purification ceremony to cleanse the cristal that started to grow dirty.

They go to the cristal shrine at the top of a mountain and the priestess tries to clean the cristal, but instead, the darkness corrupts her and Ravyn, Nathim, and Lycoris are forced to fight her.

Once the fight is done, Ravyn investigates the cristal, and suddenly a burst of dark energy enters her and the cristal gets purified, Nathim is shocked, so they decide to explain him what happened.

Nathim neglects the creation of the world and him by extension to a brat, so in order to prove himself right (and also getting paid) he keeps following them around.

But the battle took a toll on the mountain and now the path is closed by debris, so they figure out that maybe Hati will let them pass if they do something for him.

They speak with Hati, and he gives them a mission to retrieve a guard that had gone missing in the Kaida zone north of there. They travel there only to find it devastated by a strage group of dark creatues that took the adults away and only eldery and children are left in town, so they investigate much to Lycoris chagrin.

They arrive at a frozen bastion, where some adults have been kept prisoners and the others have turned into fake dark creatures called cultists. Inside the bastion, they find a woman named Rym, she was a cultist too but betrayed them in order to save the remaining adults and children, so they let her join the party and find the one behind those abductions.

Soon they realize that the guardian of the cristal, a woman called Sunita is the culprit, as she has became corrupted by darkness and is now a mad zealot that believes that she is the one that will be purging the world and has been using the townsfolk and also the missing guard as test subjects for the dark plague and a way to control it.

They confront her and kill her and again, the cristal reacts to Ravyn and she absorbs its darkness purifyng it. Rym is told the truth and she starts to worship Ravyn as a goddess.

With the information, they arrive at Hati's place, and exchange the ward's whereabouts for a pass.They finally arrive to the east side, to the Guri empire. Once there, they go and ask the king Daval permission to  enter the floating island of Lagado.

The king gets upset, as the island is a secret place only known to those that protect the cristals, and even they are not allowed to visit it. As a heated argument ensues, the guardian Aatami makes an entrance calling Lycoris a traitor and subduing the party as the king asks to put her to sleep and to execute the party.

Ravyn wakes up at her home again, convinced that she should go back to sleep, she walks by the house and finds her parents who act pretty nice to her... or rather way too nice.

She discovers them as monsters and fights them only to be awoken in the island of Lagado all by herself.

There the island reveals itself as a container created to keep Ravyn asleep and now that it has failed its only purpose it does not know what to do.

Ravyn asks it about her origins and the island tells her that she is the darkness core of the world, created to absorb all the darkness, despair, sadness, anger, and hatred and that the cristals act as a siphon to her.

Still in disbelief Ravyn asks about her life and the istland responds that everything she knows as a life is just an illusion, but as years went by, she grew more and more powerfull and now the illusion world is starting to become a real world and as they cannot exist at the same time, both will be destroyed.

Ravyn finally asks who created her and a way to stop the destruction of both worlds. The island revelas that putting ravyn to sleep forever might stop the destruction and that she was created by a woman called Lycoris a millenia ago. Ravyn gets shocked and asks to be taken where Lycoris and her friends are in order to save them and the island opens a portal to the castle of Guri and warning Ravyn that she can not go back trought that portal and she has to find another one.

Ravyn bids farewell to the island and goes back to the castle, sneaking through soldiers and saves her party. The party confronts Lycoris as who is she and why is Ravyn so important. She tells them that she was a survivor form a darkness plague along with Aatami, vowing to rescue their people, they created a core that was able to absorb the darkness, but there was a catch: someone had to be put there forever. Lycoris accepted and as she was transforming, her body could not resist the amount of darkness and a explosion ensued, the result was a formless dark creature that started to transform into the likeness of her. It took centuries for her to fully recover and create a plan to became the core of darkness and in order to fool Aatami, she faked her death.

Once she tried to fuse with Ravyn, her body could not stand the inmense power and they ended up being teleported to the hill at the begining of the game.

Now knowing the truth, Ravyn and her party battle trough the castle to go back to the island, but the king stops them and corrupts himself in order to  destroy them. Sadly they destroy him instead.

Looking for a way to teleport, they realize that the only active portal to the island is at the South where Aatami wards her cristal, so they part to the desert zone of Elsu.

Once there, they find an outpost made by some guards from Guri and the entrance to the volcano, and the cristal shrine in the middle of a magma pool.

They confront Aatami about the destruction of the world, but she saids that she has that arranged now and fight them. The battle cost her life but she was just buying time for her vessel to took care of the darkness at the island.

They teleport back to the island and find Hati absorbing the darkness who tell them that he is just a vessel for a new god like being. He transforms into a primordial god and binds the party, but Ravyn, using her own darkness transforms herself into a primordial goddess and battles him.

When hati is destoyed one of the following things happens:

A. Ravyn chooses to be a dark goddess and to be asleep forever ending the destruction and hoping to get a dream where her family actually loves her.

B. Ravyn chooses to be a dark Goddes with no intentions on saving the world, as every single second of her life has been an illusion and now she has the power to create her own world, the party battles her and Lycoris absorbs her creating a new darkness core. (if the party loses, she decides to spare them and creates her own world with the party as the first beings there.)

until its revealed that you are the one that is destroying it, but still you can stop it... or not

 

 
Character Bios:

Ravyn.
A eleven year old girl that is considered a weirdo by her peers. She is taken to a dreamworld to save it from its destruction.

Kindhearted and brave.

Lycoris.

A witch over a millenia old that wants to save her world.

She is bossy and brash.

Nathim.

A bountyhunter that just started the business a week ago.

He is deadpan and sarcastic

Rym.

A stoic assasin, even tough she is just a bit older to Ravyn she considers her a goddess avatar and bowed to protect her.

She is sotic and logic and can be childish when alone.
