I'll describe the personality for each girl. (if you want me to go in more detail, just say so). The girl in red is kind and elegant. The girl in blue is serious and determined. Have you tried all the generators http://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?/topic/37958-resource-generators-a-face-for-your-hero/ anc checked all the resource pages? Maybe you can find something that is just right and only needs an recolor? That will take a while but is worth it, as you can gather a lot of other resources for your game while doing that.
