July-August Restaff: Carnival of Color

Time to party folks!  The summer's been crazy, but we still managed to bring you guys some awesome cool resources!

 

Tsarmina brings us another awesome character!  Meet Ginger, a gorgeous performer!

 

OneCutStudios brings us a character as well!  What a beard you have there, madam!

 

And lastly I bring you an Ace style Carnival Tileset and some rocking MV battlers.

Hmmm.... I totally get it if you guys were busy, but I'd have waited another month or so if this is all you guys had to work with. Nothing in here is bad, it's just that as a whole it's underwhelming. ^^

 

@Tsarmina: I like the design of Ginger a lot! Her proportions are on the funky side, and she's not really useable without a sprite, but the concept is neat. 

 

@OneCutStudios: Hehe, I love bearded ladies. I think there may have been an error in the .rar file, because the Bearded Lady Face and Sprite files are exactly the same. Either way, it's a fun option for a character. 

 

@charlesthehurst: Really really cool stuff! I love those carnival tiles (especially the tents!), and the battlers are great as well. I think the clown battler is my favorite of the two.

Thanks for the kind comments.  As for the lack of resources, we are a bit understaffed at the moment.

 

We actually pick new candidates for Content Staff out of the guest contributors.  Activity has been slow recently.

I feel poop I never got to give to this one. I was actually working on some tents and stalls but never got the chance to finished them, Sorry Charles.

 

I like the content so far however. That make-up by OCS has made my night to be honest <3

 

Overall, I'll definitely make time for the next stock. I feel even a few resources a week can build up to a hopefully nice selection, so I'll definitely try join in the next one. 

 

Also, Ginger's hair is so pwetty. Great work Tsar!

When it comes to the first two, I really enjoyed it for the style of approach, and also the art style used. It was fun to the eyes. (I'll admit, wasn't expecting a bearded lady!)

 

For the tents and stuff, that was a pretty great appeal, and if I was in a position to place those in my game, I definitely would. Great work everyone!
