The timezone list may not have been updated. yeah, that's right. But Moscow is simply listed as GMT+4 in the list, and with DST OFF it makes the time GMT+4. Rikifive 3,411 Posted December 3, 2016 If I'm not mistaking, there's no timezone with my location (Poland/Warsaw) at all, so I had to choose one, that works for me.
