Beetlejuice Fan Game is a RPG fan game of Beetlejuice that relates a fan fiction story of what happens after the movie's ending to Beetlejuice and Lydia
mixed with the cartoon series in one whole new adventure in which IT KEEPS GETTING FUNNIER EVERY SINGLE TIME you play it.
 
In the game you will play as Beetlejuice and Lydia through out the real world, and Beetlejuice's world of puzzling puzzles that will get your head spinning to
reach the bottom of one very mysterious mystery: why are Beetlejuice's powers gone? And also, Lydia loses her new cat. Could these mysteries be linked?!
Now let's turn on the juice and see what shakes loose!

The game is in it's very early stages of planning still, therefore information and images here are subject to change anytime. It is expected to have from 2h to 5h in total gameplay.

Another day goes by, but it's not just another simple normal juicy day; Beetlejuice wakes to find out that his ghostly powers are gone! He cannot do
anything at all anymore, he is helpless and sad. But Lydia promises to help her bestfriend find out why that is happening and get to the bottom of it,
all while her parents thought it'd be best for Lydia to have a pet - and it so happens that she has to babysit the kitten of the daughter of her dad's boss!
And the worst part, it goes missing! Could these misteries be linked in some mysterious way? Beetlejuice and Lydia adventure themselves through
their town and the Neitherworld to reach the bottom of it all.

 

 

Lydia Deetz
Lydia is a goth girl in her late teens who loves to hate her homeschooled life, but loves to go on adventures with her best friend, Beetlejuice in the Neitherworld
and take pictures of everything and everyone, and has an affinity and love for all things gross, scary, weird, surreal and macabre.

Beetlejuice
Beetlejuice is a ghost who enjoys eating bugs and loves to prank everyone and going on adventures around the Neitherworld where everyone loves him with Lydia,
his human companion best friend whom he cares about a lot.

The project will be slow in development, but I won't quit it.

 

Here's a tiny sketch of Lydia's first Face set. Not final, however the whole game will be simple pixel art without too much detail, and will portrait the characters from the cartoon. I am going to start creating the menu from the screenshot right now.
