Play as the universal landlord who's been sleeping for 1,000 years, as you storm hostile areas as a possessed pinata to fight the forces of evil and take back your clients building permits

Once you defeat the monster, your clients move in while you give them basic building instructions and permits. They will ask for your guidance, and you must apply for deeds to remove mountains and irrigate deserts.

 

Competing landlords will send goons to chase away your clients, so you must fight them back using your helicopter until your clients storm there base in a mob-mentality frenzy.

 

Soon, you confront the competing landlord in a no-holds barred fight to the finish. The land freed, you move on to the next, until you can finally stop the evil Arznat from finishing his hostile takeover.
