Story / Setting / Purpose:
*The Kingdom of Settingsland has suffered under the thumb of the evil Tyrant King for too long, and the Candy Cane Knights are prophesized to be the only ones capable of overthrowing him. You play as Kusoge, one of these fabled knights, looking to overthrow the Tyrant King... after all, ladies dig a world-saving hero.
 
Character Bios:
Kusoge: The main protagonist, a Candy Cane Knight who is one of the few who can master his order's ultimate weapon

Baby Daddy: Kusoge's father, who is also a 50 year old baby and war veteran.

Rat Bastard: Trained assassin and friend of Baby Daddy who joins the party for plot reasons.

The Fourth Guy: Gun Kata specialist who the party recruits because having four people is just how things are done.

Been busy with a new job and other stuff, but this isn't dead.

 

The story is done. Currently in a playtesting phase, ironing out any mistakes whilst making some other miscellaneous gameplay tweaks.

 

Plan on using HeroMachine to make battler images; I'll be releasing a preview of some when I get to that.

 

MINIUPDATE: To cover my bases in case I commercialize this, I got in touch with the creator of HeroMachine who gave me permission to use HeroMachine assets, so this plan will indeed go ahead.

Work has been really draining for me, still in the playtesting phase. Mostly balance tweaks and making sure dungeons aren't broken. Testing the third of five dungeons total currently.
