I have added two states to my rpg, 'frenzy' and 'exhausted'. I want 'exhausted' to be applied automatically when 'frenzy' expires. is there an easy way to do this?

Furthermore, 'frenzy' and 'exhausted' should be mutually exclusive. Is there a way to do that?
