djstar25 1 Posted December 2, 2017 (edited) I didn't know what kind of topic to tag this as sorry, if im not in the right section please tell me where to post this when ever i'm in my current map my character will not move, i tried creating a separate map and removed the events but its the same, i copied half the map and tried it and it still didn't work, i then tried using the tiles on a map i made before and it worked, i tried using a grass tile on the map that wasn't working and it still wouldn't work. i have a video showing what happens when i join the map and what happens when i join a map i made a little while ago. Also this only started happening 3 hours ago in which i nearly had the entire map and its events completed. Spoiler also please ignore my title screen, this game is just for fun and for testing how this all works... Edited December 2, 2017 by djstar25
Makara 96 Posted December 2, 2017 Do you have any scripts that might affect movement in any way? Not using terrain tags?

+ Takeo212 1,079 Posted December 2, 2017 (edited) Please show a screenshot of your tileset set up within your database. It'll be a problem with your permissions with that specific tileset. Check the ground tile has a O on it and not an X. Edited December 2, 2017 by Takeo212

+ Takeo212 1,079 Posted December 3, 2017 Ah, my apoligises. I only watched the majority, so never saw you done the database at the end. - Did you use the auto tile floor or the tile on the A5 tilesheet? Your autotile floor is an O, but what about your A5 tile? - Have you modified any of the tilesheets on the B sheet? If so, can you provide a screenshot of your B modification? - Did you previously have anything around the character that you removed from the tilesheets at any point? They may be left over and provide a collision.

(i read in the rules im supposed to say thread closed or something o.o) Thread Closed (how do i actually close the thread? cx) Edited December 4, 2017 by djstar25
roninator2 257 Posted December 4, 2017 you report your post to have it closed. But normally that is not required as unless someone else has a question nothing else will get put in the thread. so after time it will fall down the the bottom of the thread list.
