EachBoth 0 Posted February 17, 2018 Hey, I'm making an adventure/exploring game and have a level with a lot of water. I would love to have a sound effect play while a character walks on a tile that is submerged. Short of making an event for every tile, is there a script I can throw in that will play a sound (or flip a switch ON, which would be better) depending on what tile the player is on? RetroExcellent 369 Posted February 18, 2018 Scripts are actually unique to each system as there is a different RGSS for each RPG Maker, but this is something that could be fairly easily accomplished with a global common event call, I don't own XP so I cannot make a tutorial for this, but I feel it would not be too difficult to accomplish.
