'Cast Novice Destruction Spells for half Magicka.' (Targeted Skill Cost Reduction)

If you've read the title, and are familiar with that very specific wording, then skip the following paragraph. Otherwise, read on.

 

Okay, so you need a little explaining? Fair enough. The title reads off what the Novice Destruction Perk does, in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Basically, what that perk does, is allows one to cast that class of spells from the group described, or to be specific, allows one to cast the lowest level of Destruction spells, at half the base Magicka (MP) cost. It is the base perk of the Destruction Perk Tree, and is required to access any of the other perks on the tree.

 

Anyway, with that explained, how could one apply this in RPG Maker VXAce? I mean, one can use the SParam for MP Cost Reduction, but that as a standard, affects all skills with an MP cost. I've actually looked for a script that would allow for specific skill manipulation in this fashion, and I've yet to find it.

 

So, I dunno. There are others whom have attempted other parts of Skyrim functions, why not this?

 

Anyone who could help with this, much appreciated. As I am living off of disability and am living paycheck to paycheck, I only have my skills and gratitude to offer in return.

i think i can do this script, but i need more info about how you want it, like how you need the perk scene to be, if perks are individual to one in the party or shared by the party, if you need more types of perks aside cut mp cost, like more damage and stuff, if there are more perk groups or just reduction cost of types of magic.

The more info about how you want it the better for me or other one to make, if they are faster than me. well, if someone isn't already doing it, or one have been already done and anyone find it.

Ah, thanks for replying.

 

What it is I seek, is having the skill cost modifier be allowed to target specific skills or specific groups of skills, whether those cost MP, TP, HP, or whatever costs that can be conjured. It does need to be compatible with battle systems like Yanfly's and such as well. That said, I only need the targeted skill cost modifier, not any skill/perk tree scenes or anything like that.

 

It would be best if it can be added to any database object, such as a state, or armor, or weapon, or even an actor or class.

 

But yeah, all I need is...
