Looks good, where did you get those sprites?

I have searched long on the Internet. I found the Heartless and sora sheet/sprites quickly, but there was no 2d game that had Roxas within it. If I could not find Roxas, I had to drop side view battle system. But after alot of time I found it! One guy had custom made him just for fun.

I use Jets and Moghunters battle systems I have combined them together but I had to make a few changes before it worked. It is written in the video

So much has been happening, so quickly.

But now we are back - back to where it all started.

I have found the ones I had lost, Kairi... Riku... and all the others.

But, I still have questions unanswered.

Although we are back, weird stuff is still happening.

A voice is talking to me. But I can't recognise it.

My friends must not know about it. I don't want them to worry about me.

They deserve to rest after all that they have been through.

Well, Sora in the title screen symbolize the darkness and light struggling to get his heart (Roxas (light) and Vanitas (dark). I don't know if i will make a sprite, yet! Maybe later

I have a question. Theres that new KH:DDD, what are you going to do now? And not only that, but your game is based Before KD: Decoded. Wont that effect your game? So wouldnt that make it a little confusing to some players?

The story of recoded:

Sora is in a different dimension. All his friends were possessed by the heartless, and he has to save them. It is the second latest game.

Mickey scans the journal into a computer system, and they find that the data is infested with what appears to be virus blocks. They can't interact with the data directly, so they enlist the help of Data Sora (Sora's representation within the journal) to figure out what's going on from within.

 

Long story short, skipping most of the story and plot that occurs in the game, the reason behind the corrupted journal data is that Namine had done so (if I remember correctly, under DiZ's orders), expecting Mickey to ask Data Sora for help, so that they could test Sora's heart for something that would happen in the future. Mickey and Co. find out about all the different people that Sora needs to save (Terra, Aqua, Ven, Roxas, Namine, Axel, etc.), and they write the letter to Sora to fill him in on what they discover. That also explains the letter that they receive at the end of KH2.

 

Needless to say, there's more that happens, but this should give the general idea.

Please note that I havent played the game in 2 years, and I am trying to remember as much as I know. And also note that I call the "Data" world another dimension. I know there is more. I don't have the time to work on the game itself, but if you ever need questions about the overall plot or any details cleared up, I've got just about every detail of every single game (except Dream Drop Distance, I don't have a 3DS, but I watched enough of an LP to have a general idea of the plot and ending and can answer very basic questions on it) memorized, and I own every single game except for DDD, so if its a detail I don't have available off the top of my head, I can always double check very quickly.

 

Then again, I am trying to learn more on how to use Irfanview and Paint.NET, so if you need palette work done or some very basic tile editing, I might be able to pull something together for you. I'm not much of an artist, so don't ask for new tiles.

Obviously, being a spin off game, and not part of the actual canon, expect some plot issues. However Coded was pretty insignificant compared to the grand scheme of things. And nothing he has mentioned so far contradicts with Dream Drop Distance (have beat every KH game to date). But i think, as long as he sticks with the route he is going, it will be fun to see KH on a turn based platform. Especially considering Vanitas has not really been seen since BBS, (although a ghostly image of him is briefly shown in DDD.) So doing a sub-arc with Vanitas is currently completely doable in the KH universe. Although I imagine KH3 will present several plot issues with this specific game lol.

 

Besides, Roxas was my favorite out of all, (mostly because Days was very well done, and had an actual good love interest. 2 times I ever cried on kingdom hearts. Once in two (ya know, that time with Goofy) and then the end of Days.
