found I had gone to wrong island - there is an island that if you land on it and walk on the beach it takes you to the isle of Ailie but you cannot access your ship etc - must be a glitch anyway many thanks for your help

Uh, that's weird o_0 I'm pretty sure I removed the warp...

 

Are you saying that on an island NOT at the start of the game, if you walk on the beach, it takes you to Aile? Which island? :S

Also, did you download the RTP or non-RTP version?

Still, I think I'm going to make this game my first review. Have you updated this recently, or is it pretty much in the same state as before? If it's the same as before, I can just go right ahead and use the observations I already made. If it's been updated to fix some of it's flaws, then I wouldn't mind going through again to compile some more observations about it,

Same state, but you'd probably be better off reviewing a director's cut or Zendir 2 (when complete, ETA: Summer - The DC should be rather fast to make as the main game is already there, so the ETA for that is Autumn) as many others have reviewed Zendir 1 before, made videos, etc. I know the entire game and its flaws inside-out now lol. Unless of course, you want to ignore the bugs, balance (near the end) and basic gameplay as these three will be some of the main focuses of the DC. Imagine Zen 2-like gameplay (bar the balance, that still has to be worked on with Zen 2 but comes last in development) with the same story of Zen 1.

 

But if you still want to go ahead and review it as a first review, I'm not stopping you, just encouraging you to wait until 2 or the DC xD
