Repetitive Scope All Enemy animation - Yanfly?

Recommended Posts

See- I've had a bit of a problem with the 'Scope all enemies' and the animation of a certain skill I choose to call Red Dust.

Now, my problem is that; When you cast the skill 'Darkness' it doesn't exactly kill all mobs simultaneously- although it doesn't repeat the animation either, it only plays once.

Darkness goes by the scope setting: 'All enemies'-

So does my Red Dust skill, but whenever I use it- the whole animation restarts per enemy, everytime the previous animation ends..

I'm not all that used to RPG Vx Ace yet, so I'm not very certain if there's something I've missed or that my recent Yanfly add-on 'Input combo skill' is causing it.

If I get some feedback- thanks in advance!

In your database, you can set an animation to be position: "Screen" and I believe that will only play once when used in a skill.

Also, you mention Yanfly's input combo script. If you are using his combat system, make sure to look through his numerous settings. I believe there's some options related to that.

You were absolutely right- and it feels rather smart too being able to use the 'All Enemy' animations through these individual manners. The screen setting in the animation section really did fix the problem mate, thanks a lot!

Suppose I can consider this topic closed then! :)
