omedon666 4 Posted January 1, 2013 Is there a way to extend a darkening (not a fadeout) or tinting of the screen to "until event X turns it off?" I find it very hard to do "dark cave," interiors without resorting to external tilesets, (I like to exhaust all "in-box" options before importing) and I can't help but think that I'm missing something really obvious. The tint should stay permanent until it's re-tinted. See, then what's the timing thing in the event entering box? I was under the impression you had to do these things by a number of frames.
